A resolution to grant planning permission for our site on Quail Gardens was awarded last night by the London Borough of Croydon’s Development Control Committee.

We are pleased to report that we have now completed our development at Station Road, Belmont.

The second phase of our Milton Road development has now been completed. This phase delivers 32 x one, two and three bedroom apartments, together with 5 x three bedroom houses.

We are delighted to report that planning permission for our site at 367 Baring Road was granted last night by the London Borough of Lewisham’s Development Control Committee.

The development will comprise 51 x one and two bedroom apartments for market sale, which are due for completion in early 2020.

An application for full planning permission has now been submitted to the London Borough of Croydon for our site on Quail Gardens, Selsdon.

We are pleased to report that planning permission was granted by Croydon Council’s Development Control Committee in December for our site on Braemar Avenue, Purley.
