Delivering 75 units for Southern Housing in Thornton Heath

We're making strong progress at 304 Bensham Lane where we're delivering 75 units for Southern Housing in Thornton Heath. The lower ground floor slab for Block A has now been cast and work has begun on the superstructure RC frame. Over at Block B, the ground floor is complete and brickwork schedule to commence this month.

The neighbouring scheme is also progressing well with fit-out works well underway. This will deliver a further 44 units for Southern Housing, scheduled for completion late summer this year.
