Oakwood Building Contractors Limited successfully won this new build scheme at tender for Paragon Asra Housing Association. The scheme comprised of 22 No. apartments for Shared Ownership accommodation and a commercial space to shell and core.

The high quality scheme was constructed under a Design & Build Contract behind a backdrop of difficult uncertainty within the construction industry.
