Station Road, Belmont Resolution to Grant

The London Borough of Sutton Development Control Committee last night awarded a resolution to grant planning permission for our site at Station Road, Belmont.  Full planning permission is expected to be issued in November once the associated legal agreement has been executed.

The scheme comprises of 14 x one and two bedroom apartments, together with a terrace of 4 four bedroom houses. Read further details of the scheme.

We hope to be able to commence on site in the middle of 2017.
