Purchase of Station Road, Belmont

We have now completed on the purchase of our site at Station Road, Belmont.

Works on site will commence in September this year and are anticipated to be complete by the end of 2018.

Planning permission for fourteen apartments and four houses was secured in December last year and we have been waiting to secure vacant possession since that time.
