Leaden Hill, Coulsdon Reserved Matters Planning Application Granted

The London Borough of Croydon have today granted the Reserved Matters planning application for our site at the Leaden Hill Industrial Estate in Coulsdon.   The scheme comprises 67 residential apartments and 475 sqm of ground floor commercial space. Read further details about this project.
