Oakwood Building Contractors Limited successfully won this new build Student Accommodation scheme at tender in June 2021.
The scheme comprised of 30 no. student rooms, with communal kitchen facilities.
The building was constructed to the detail design and specification requirements prepared by our client, Interland.
Under the challenging economic conditions of 2021/22, Oakwood successfully managed to deliver the scheme on time, and within budget, so that the units were ready for students to occupy in September 2022.
The building was constructed as an RC fame with brickwork envelope and tiled roof.
The construction was procured via a design and build contract and completed on site in August 2022.
