Progress at Quail Gardens, Selsdon

Work at our Quail Gardens site is progressing well.  The reduced level dig saw the removal of over 3,000 sqm of excavated material from site.   The contiguous pile retaining wall and pile cap to the boundaries of the site have been installed.

All of the underground drainage works have been completed, including a 40 sqm soakaway tank and foul water drainage pumping station.

Following the completion of the foundations and pre-stressed concrete structural ground floors, the timber frame is now being erected on Plots 9-15.
