Planning Permission Awarded for 367 Baring Road, Grove Park

We are delighted to report that planning permission for our site at 367 Baring Road was granted last night by the London Borough of Lewisham’s Development Control Committee.
The development will involve the demolition of an existing bungalow and the creation of 8 x three bedroom houses.

The intention is to work through the various planning conditions in the coming months, with a view to commencing on site before the end of the year.
