An application for full planning permission has now been submitted to the London Borough of Croydon for our site at Braemar Avenue, Purley.
The 0.06ha Site is presently occupied by two blocks of dilapidated garages and a section of scrubland. It is a roughly triangular plot positioned between a railway line, running along its eastern border, and residential properties along Braemar Avenue to its north, south and west.
The planning application seeks approval for a three-storey residential block comprising 6 x one and two bedroom residential apartments, alongside the erection of a single detached house.
